AI Generalist — Founder's Office
Remote · Full-time
Luminary teaches senior professionals how practitioners actually use AI. This role is the proof. You'll sit in the founder's office and run the company's operating system — a fleet of AI agents that does the work of a small team. GTM experiments, content production, community ops, research, product feedback loops: you own what the week demands, solved with leverage, not headcount.
What you'll do
- ·Build and run agentic workflows for marketing, ops, and research — and improve them weekly
- ·Own execution across the growth engine: live sessions, newsletter, campaigns, partnerships
- ·Turn founder intent into shipped output at unreasonable speed
- ·Break things, measure honestly, kill what doesn't work
