Drive AI Adoption In Your Team
Simply giving a team AI tools doesn't change how it works. Learn what actually drives true adoption across a company, how to reward AI champions, and how to make your team culture as AI-pilled as the hottest Silicon Valley startups.

What it's about
86% of CEOs are already embedding AI into their workflows and believe their workforce has the capability to adopt it. And yet, only 25% of employees use it properly (IBM CEO Study, 2026).
This is both a skills issue and an org level design failure. Leaders neither have clear standards of what good looks like nor do they understand how they would get there (even if one exists). Employees are too busy with their day jobs to learn what's important for working well with AI. Poorly designed incentives (like tokenmaxxing) haven't helped anyone.
Companies that have made big strides towards AI adoption (Notion, Ramp, Uber, Shopify, etc) treat it as a priority at par with deployment. They are revamping team structures, performance expectations, and hiring guidelines. Entirely new roles like forward deployed engineers & accelerators have been created exclusively for this purpose.
This session breaks down how you can get there as well, irrespective of current size and industry. We'll show you where to start, what gets the quickest results, and what should be avoided. To measure if it's working, we'll also share our AI fluency assessment test that we co-developed with leading experts and is used by all of Luminary's clients.
What you'll take away
- How to use the AI transformation model and AI fluency assessment to map your current state
- How to identify and reward the AI champions in your team, beyond just engineers
- How to design trainings / L&D programs with a clear objective
- How to re-evaluate hiring practices, performance expectations, and team composition
- How to minimize mass production of AI slop so that productivity gains actually lead to measurable business outcomes
